Reference laboratory of RUz

Laboratory goals:

• Creation of intralaboratory standards and reference laboratory the panels containing markers of various virus infections: HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV-1.
• Maintenance of practical diagnostic laboratories of Republic with intralaboratory standards and reference-panels.
• Quality control of test systems imported and made in Republic.
• Carrying out of an internal and external estimation of quality of laboratory researches of practical diagnostic laboratories of various regions of Republic with the help reference panels.
• Carrying out of laboratory test of the diagnostic medicines which are on registration in Central administrative board on control, quality of medication and medical equipments of Ministry of Health of Republic Uzbekistan.
• Carrying out of test by a method immune-enzyme analysis, polymerase chain reaction and a dry drop of blood on virus hepatitises A, B, C, D, E, and TORCH-INFECTIONS.
• Participation in the organisation and carrying out of practical seminars for experts of diagnostic laboratories.
• Participation in the international monitoring of quality of researches.

The external estimation of quality laboratory researches of practical diagnostic laboratories of various regions of Republic is spent. Maintenance of practical diagnostic laboratories with intralaboratory standards is constantly carried out.

Training of experts on workplaces with departure in area and in the laboratory is carried out. Practical seminars on ELISA to diagnostics are periodically held.

Training of experts on PCR to diagnostics is carried out.
